HR Business Partner Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone role. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from employee relations to policy development, supporting the business with clear, confident advice and delivering a high-quality HR service across the board. What You’ll Do Lead all day-to-day HR activity as the sole HR contact Manage policies, contracts, handbooks, and HR documentation Handle end-to-end recruitment across the business Deliver best-practice support on employee relations and employment law matters Provide clear, practical legal/HR advice to managers and employees Oversee employee engagement activity and drive continuous improvement Write, review, and update policies, procedures, and HR frameworks Support probation reviews, performance issues, and general HR operations What You’ll Bring Strong experience in ER and a solid understanding of employment law Confidence working independently with no internal knowledge-sharing partner The ability to give clear, accurate HR and legal guidance Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach Experience writing policies and managing HR processes end-to-end The Offer Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office) Bonus eligibility 3-month probation period 25 days’ annual leave Autonomy, impact, and the chance to shape how HR works across the business
