We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to take full ownership of the HR function in a standalone role. You’ll be the go‑to person for everything from employee relations to policy development, supporting the business with clear, confident advice and delivering a high‑quality HR service across the board.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all day‑to‑day HR activity as the sole HR contact
• Manage policies, contracts, handbooks, and HR documentation
• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment across the business
• Deliver best‑practice support on employee relations and employment law matters
• Provide clear, practical legal/HR advice to managers and employees
• Oversee employee engagement activity and drive continuous improvement
• Write, review, and update policies, procedures, and HR frameworks
• Support probation reviews, performance issues, and general HR operations

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in ER and a solid understanding of employment law
• Confidence working independently with no internal knowledge‑sharing partner
• The ability to give clear, accurate HR and legal guidance
• Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions‑focused approach
• Experience writing policies and managing HR processes end‑to‑end
