We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the go-live and business transition for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. You’ll play a key role in helping the organisation adjust to new systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption across business functions - especially in manufacturing and production environments.
The Role
You’ll lead change management activities across the programme, driving engagement, communication, and process adoption as the business moves to a new ERP landscape. Working closely with business leaders and project teams, you’ll ensure the organisation is equipped and aligned for a successful transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of change management plans aligned to project milestones.
- Engage stakeholders across manufacturing, production, and business operations.
- Drive process adoption, ensuring new workflows are clearly documented and communicated.
- Support cutover and go-live activities in partnership with IT and functional teams.
- Develop and execute a communication strategy to keep the business informed throughout transition.
- Coordinate training delivery and create end-user materials with HR/training teams.
- Identify and mitigate resistance or change fatigue within impacted teams.
- Monitor progress and report on change effectiveness and readiness.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience leading change management in SAP / ERP transformation projects.
- Experience delivering public cloud SaaS implementations, ideally in manufacturing environments.
- Strong grasp of business process reengineering and continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
