We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join a growing technology business operating within the insurance, broker and software distribution market. This is a strategic account management role focused on driving revenue growth, increasing customer value and building long-term relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will manage relationships with insurers, MGAs and brokers, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs, commercial priorities and distribution strategies.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers and partners.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across assigned accounts.
- Deliver revenue, retention and strategic growth objectives.
- Create and maintain account plans with clear targets and milestones.
- Identify opportunities for up-sell, cross-sell and improved customer value.
- Negotiate commercial and contract agreements.
- Use data and management information to provide insight and support account growth.
- Produce regular reports and updates for senior management.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity and customer priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are understood and delivered.
Experience Required
- Strong account management experience within an insurance provider, broker, MGA, software house or technology business.
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships.
- A background in sales, relationship management and contract negotiation.
- Good understanding of the general insurance market, including personal and commercial lines.
- Knowledge of broker, intermediary or distribution channels.
- Experience using data and insight to support customer growth and performance.
