About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Data Load Lead with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) to drive end-to-end data migration across multiple modules, with a strong focus on Finance, Projects, Products, and Procurement. You will lead data extraction, transformation, and validation efforts, ensuring seamless go-lives while mentoring a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data migration for S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations, ensuring accuracy in extraction, load files, and validation.
- Mentor data teams and oversee defect management, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive integration between SAP and other enterprise systems, maintaining data integrity.
- Enforce data governance and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business teams to align migration with project timelines.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in SAP data management, with proven expertise in Finance, Projects, Products, and Procurement modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC)—multiple project go-lives preferred.
- Strong background in data modelling, warehousing, and migration processes.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and project methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
