We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to join a UK-based technology business supporting the general insurance sector. This is an early-career product role where you will support discovery, backlog management, delivery readiness and product enablement while learning how customer and business needs translate into valuable product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support customer research, feedback analysis and user need definition.
- Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items.
- Help prepare sprint goals, demos, release notes and internal documentation.
- Work with engineering, design, data, sales, customer success, support, finance, legal and security teams.
- Track basic product and delivery metrics such as usage, activation, lead time and cycle time.
- Support quality by capturing defects, test coverage and non-functional requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Early product experience, or experience in BA, UX, QA, customer success or support.
- Basic understanding of agile delivery and user story writing.
- Strong communication skills and curiosity about customer problems.
