Management Accountant Reporting to: Head of FP A and Strategic Financial Planning Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a small but high-impact FP A team. Reporting to the Head of FP A and Strategic Financial Planning, this role will have significant autonomy and accountability for the end-to-end production of management accounts. The successful candidate will also line manage and develop one team member. The Management Accountant will work closely with the Finance Director, FP A team, and wider Finance function, playing a key role in ensuring financial reporting is accurate, insightful, and delivered on time. The role will also support decision-making in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. Key Responsibilities Preparation of Management Accounts Take full accountability for the end-to-end production of management accounts. Prepare and review monthly management accounts for all Group companies. Prepare consolidated management accounts. Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
