An established high-end residential contractor is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for a £2.5m high-end residential project in South Kensington. Once the successful candidate has passed probation, there will be an opportunity to oversee multiple projects at once and projects range in value from £1m - £3m.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will have full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This includes managing design coordination, procurement, programme and quality.
- You will lead a team of Site Managers and report directly into the company directors.
- You will be responsible for producing and managing programmes and ensuring contractual and commercial compliance throughout the build.
Required Experience:
- You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager on high-end residential refurbishment projects and a proven track record delivering schemes valued at £5m+.
- You should be confident using ASTA or Procore for programming and have a strong eye for detail and quality.
- You will need good process, contractual and commercial awareness.
- A trade background is essential.
- You must be comfortable taking ownership of a complex refurbishment project and managing senior site and commercial staff.
