About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead joinery and fit-out projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for all aspects of delivery including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role, working closely with design teams, subcontractors and clients, with regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project programmes from inception to completion
- Work with design, commercial and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Attend pre-start and design meetings, identifying and resolving issues early
- Manage subcontractors, labour schedules and site operations to maintain efficiency
- Maintain project records, including progress updates, delays and variations
- Communicate consistently with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met, including RAMS and COSHH compliance
- Conduct site visits regularly to monitor quality, cost and output
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing teams and construction or joinery installation projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Solutions-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
Desirable: joinery or fit-out industry experience, project management qualifications

- PASMA / IPAF
- Basic First Aid Training
