4Site Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager on behalf of our client, a highly regarded main contractor specialising in luxury high-end residential projects across Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious company known for delivering bespoke, high-quality homes with a strong commitment to craftsmanship and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed to programme, within budget and to the highest quality. Manage all on-site labour and subcontractors, ensuring health & safety, quality standards and project timelines are met. Liaise closely with the Project Manager, architects, consultants, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve any site issues efficiently. Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce site safety procedures in compliance with HSE regulations. Monitor progress, manage deliveries, and maintain accurate site documentation including daily diaries, risk assessments, and method statements. Ensure snagging and finishing details are completed to an exceptional standard. Requirements: Proven experience as a number one Site Manager on high-end residential projects, ideally in Central London. A strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering premium finishes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Knowledge of building regulations, health & safety legislation, and current construction practices.
