4Site is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client, a leading main contractor specialising in luxury residential refurbishments across London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end residential projects, with a driven and detail-oriented approach to overseeing every aspect of project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full lifecycle of high-end residential refurbishment projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects remain on track. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants, maintaining excellent communication and efficiency. Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and other key stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and challenges to maintain smooth operations. Drive high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring all work meets luxury specifications. Requirements: Extensive experience managing high-end residential refurbishment projects with a main contractor. Proven ability to run multiple projects and programmes simultaneously. Strong leadership and man-management skills, with experience leading project teams. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety compliance. Ability to manage budgets, costs, and procurement efficiently. Strong communication and client-facing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
