About the Role: 4Site are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a client-side consultancy, working closely with prestigious clients on luxurious and bespoke properties, overseeing all financial aspects to ensure the delivery of exceptional quality projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage project budgets and provide accurate cost advice to clients. Conduct cost planning, value engineering, and cost control throughout all project stages. Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and procurement strategies. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Administer contracts, assess variations, and manage final accounts. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to financial parameters. Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with exposure to high-end residential or luxury projects. Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT). Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. High level of commercial acumen and attention to detail.
