We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in super primeresidential construction to join our client, aprestigious main contractor renowned for delivering high-end residential projects across London, with values of up to £20m.
The Role:
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of high-value residential projects, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Manage client relationships and liaise with high-net-worth individuals
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Ensure quality control and adherence to high-spec finishes
Manage project schedules, budgets, and health & safety compliance
Write and manage project programmes using Asta Powerproject or MS Project
Requirements:
Extensive Project Management experience within a high-end residential main contractor in the UK
Proven track record of delivering luxury residential projects up to £20m
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of UK construction regulations and processes
Proficiency in writing and managing project programmes using Asta Powerproject or MS Project
