Night supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to cover night shifts in Eas London starting mid June for ongoing work .  Your role :  Take ownership of site operations, keeping teams on track and projects running smoothly. Set the standard for site safety—conduct toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and create a secure working environment. Keep an eagle eye on craftsmanship, ensuring everything meets the highest standards and swiftly addressing any issues. Be the go-to for subcontractors, suppliers, and occasionally clients or the main contractor, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Tackle on-site challenges head-on, whether it’s a minor hiccup or a technical puzzle. Keep Project or Site Managers in the loop with clear updates on timelines, potential delays, and resource needs. WHat you\’ll need:  Proven construction experience and expertise with a strong trade background – ideally M&E  Excellent communication skills  CSCS , SSSTS , First AId What we offer :  Negotoable rate depending on experience and qualifications Permanent role withing the company  Real opportunity to improve and progress to higher positions in the company
