4Site Recruitment is looking for 3 experienced Gangers to run teams of approximately 5 labourers each on a strip-out project in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
Job Details:
Location: MK3 5JH, Bletchley
Rate: £20.00 per hour CIS
Hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Paid: 8.5 hours per day
Duration: 2-3 weeks initially, with potential for further work

Duties will include:
- Supervising and coordinating teams of approximately 5 labourers
- Organising daily strip-out and light demolition activities
- Ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently
- Delegating tasks and monitoring progress
- Assisting with strip-out and demolition works when required
- Maintaining good communication with site management
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS - mandatory
- CCDO Card - mandatory
- Asbestos Awareness
- Face Fit certification
- Previous experience supervising labourers on strip-out or demolition projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Training:
Free Asbestos Awareness and Face Fit training can be provided if required.
