We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber on a temp-to-perm basis, carrying out residential maintenance and installation work across Central London.

Job Overview

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum requirement)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Strong maintenance and fault-finding experience
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Working independently to a weekly schedule
  • Approximately 80% residential maintenance, including:
    • Shower repairs
    • Toilet repairs
    • General plumbing maintenance
    • Reactive repairs and fault finding
  • Approximately 20% installation and site-based work, including:
    • Plumbing installations
    • Pipework
    • General plumbing projects
