Mobile Plumber - South West & Central London
4Site are recruiting an experienced Mobile Maintenance Plumber on behalf of our client. This is a reactive maintenance role within high end residential occupied properties (not construction sites), so strong customer service, reliability, and timekeeping are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Dripping taps and general repairs
- No hot water / heating fault finding
- Immersion heater issues
- Leak detection and investigation
- Silicone works
- Basic drainage
- Bathroom installations
- Power flushing
- Radiator and valve installations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' plumbing experience with a recognised qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Competent with soft soldering to UK standards
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Living within 45 minutes of Fulham
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Participation in an on-call rota (approx. 1 in 4 weekends, low call-out frequency)
