We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join a prestigious £15 million high-end residential development located in Richmond Park. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term project currently in the demolition and structural phase, with over a year of work remaining.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for managing sections of the build while working alongside the team on site. You will oversee a small group of operatives, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard. The successful candidate will not be required to undertake site paperwork or administration duties, allowing them to focus on site delivery and team management.

Requirements

  • Carpentry trade background
  • Proven experience as a Working Foreman on residential projects
  • High-end residential experience preferred
  • Strong construction knowledge across multiple trades
  • Excellent attention to detail
