Location: Hampshire with sites in London, Cotswolds, Surrey and Hampshire

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Hours: Office-based 4 days per week, 1 day on site

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage project programmes from inception to completion
  • Work with design, commercial and production teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Attend pre-start and design meetings, identifying and resolving issues early
  • Manage subcontractors, labour schedules and site operations to maintain efficiency
  • Maintain project records, including progress updates, delays and variations
  • Communicate consistently with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met, including RAMS and COSHH compliance
  • Conduct site visits regularly to monitor quality, cost and output
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing teams and construction or joinery installation projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Solutions-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software
Desirable: joinery or fit-out industry experience, project management qualifications
Qualifications & Certifications
  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS / SSSTS
  • PASMA / IPAF
  • Basic First Aid Training
  • MCIOB membership desirable
