Role: 4Site Recruitment is looking for a Site Manager for a commercial office fit-out project in Central London.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, and manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and workforce on site
- Monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met
- Ensure quality of work meets project specifications
- Manage health and safety compliance on site
- Liaise with client, project manager, and design teams
- Track materials, deliveries, and site resources
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Experience working on Design Build projects
- Experience with CAT A / CAT B office fit-outs
- 3 - 4 years in a similar Site Manager role
- Knowledge of office fit-out procedures
- Health and Safety awareness
- Reliable and punctual
