Location: Central London (some travel across Greater London)

The Role

Looking for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased) to carry out maintenance, repairs, and small install works across commercial buildings and residential properties. You will be the first responder on-site, handling day-to-day issues and keeping buildings running smoothly.

Duties:

  • Planned & reactive maintenance (PPMs and callouts)
  • Electrical maintenance (lighting, power, fault finding)
  • Basic plumbing and drainage works
  • General building maintenance (doors, fittings, fabric)
  • Identify faults and carry out repairs or make safe
  • Liaise with tenants, clients, and subcontractors
  • Keep records and complete job sheets
  • Follow health and safety procedures and risk assessments

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Electrical (City and Guilds)
  • 5+ years maintenance experience
  • Experience in commercial or residential buildings
  • Able to work independently (mobile role)
  • Good communication skills

Desirable:

  • 18th Edition
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience with BMS or FM systems

  • Ongoing role
  • 8am-5pm (8 hours paid)
  • Travel covered (Zones 1-3)
  • Tools and uniform provided
