We are looking for an experienced Mobile M&E Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance works across residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Electrical fault finding and repairs.
  • Minor plumbing and general building maintenance.
  • Carry out inspections and make-safe works.
  • Complete maintenance reports.
  • Work closely with tenants, clients, and contractors.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience within electrical maintenance, building services, or facilities maintenance.
  • Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
  • Experience working within commercial and/or residential occupied buildings.

Preferred:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
  • Experience with CAFM systems.
  • Health & Safety, First Aid, or Fire Safety training.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
