We are looking for an experienced Mobile M&E Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance works across residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance.
- Electrical fault finding and repairs.
- Minor plumbing and general building maintenance.
- Carry out inspections and make-safe works.
- Complete maintenance reports.
- Work closely with tenants, clients, and contractors.
Requirements:
Essential:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' experience within electrical maintenance, building services, or facilities maintenance.
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Experience working within commercial and/or residential occupied buildings.
Preferred:
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
- Experience with CAFM systems.
- Health & Safety, First Aid, or Fire Safety training.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
