Job role: PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance issues across residential and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance (PPM) for plumbing systems.
- Address reactive plumbing issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ticket to work: CSCS card.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Must have at least 6 years' experience in plumbing (PPM & reactive works).
- Experience in high-end residential, commercial or hospitality environments preferred.
- Must be able to provide 2 recent work references.
- CIS / UTR / PAYE information required.
Start date & Duration:
- Start day: Monday 15/06/2026.
- Duration: Ongoing role.
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: £27 - £28 per hour (07:30am to 4:30pm, 8 hours paid).
- Weekly pay on a Friday.
