Location: Central London (Green Park station) Duration: Initial 2-Month Contract (Potential for Ongoing Work) Rate: £18/h CIS paid 9 hours / day Hours: 8am-6pm Start date 01/07/2026 We are currently recruiting 2 Demolition Operatives for an immediate start on a project involving demolition works adjacent to listed buildings. Due to the nature of the works, a valid CCDO Card is essential. This is initially a 2-month contract, with the possibility of further work upon successful completion of the project. Key Responsibilities: Demolition of internal partitions and non-structural elements Demolition and removal of chimney breasts Carrying out demolition works to the rear of the property in preparation for concrete infill works Safe segregation, handling and disposal of demolition materials Working closely with site management to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Following all site health and safety procedures and demolition method statements Requirements: Valid CCDO Card (Essential) Previous demolition experience on commercial and/or residential projects Good understanding of demolition health and safety procedures Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Desirable: Additional demolition qualifications Plant tickets and relevant site certifications What We Offer: Competitive rates of pay Opportunity for ongoing work beyond the initial contract period Supportive and professional site team To apply, please send your CV and CCDO details or contact us directly for more information
