We are currently recruiting for experienced Carpenters / Workshop Operatives for a busy workshop role with ongoing work (1 month+) due to increased workload.
Location: Workshop-based role (on-site parking available). Occasional site work for installations (optional, depending on location).
Rate: 210 per day. Weekend work available at time and a quarter.
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, 30-minute break, 9 hours paid per day.
Duties:
- Bench joinery and workshop-based carpentry
- 1st fix framing
- Assisting with painting and decorating when required
- Preparing and setting up installations
- Supporting with projects for major brands (e.g. event and promotional builds)
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven carpentry experience (bench joinery and/or 1st fix)
- Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team
- Good attitude and willingness to muck in across tasks
- IPAF, Forklift or Reach Truck licences are beneficial but not essential
Additional Information:
