- Strip-out works
- Light demolition
- Removing fixtures, fittings and non-structural materials
- General site clearance
- Loading and removing waste
- Assisting the strip-out team as required
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card – mandatory
- Previous strip-out / light demolition experience
- CCDO Card preferred but not essential
- Full PPE
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
