Our client is a leading Global Real Estate Consultancy with over 100 years of history and offices around the world. 4Site have partnered with this consultancy to secure an experienced Associate Director to join their Industrial & Logistics team based in Central London office, where we combine professionalism with a fun and supportive working environment.

About the Role:

As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the Industrial & Logistics team. You will be responsible for:

  1. Business Development: Leveraging your extensive network within the industrial and logistics sector to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Project Management: Overseeing a variety of industrial and logistics projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Client Management: Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, delivering exceptional service to meet their real estate needs.
  4. Team Collaboration: Working closely with a dynamic and supportive team to drive innovation and achieve collective success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business strategies to grow the industrial and logistics division.
  2. Manage multiple projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.
  3. Expand and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.
  4. Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative working environment.
  5. Work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth and meet performance targets.

  2. Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
