We are seeking a proactive Accounts and Procurement Officer for our client, a vibrant and dynamic high-end residential construction company. This role is key to ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency, helping project managers maintain profitability, and ensuring on-site teams have the materials they need to work effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping and data entry for suppliers, subcontractors, and customers, ensuring accurate cost tracking in the CRM for invoicing.
  • Processing timesheets, expenses, and payments, as well as managing CIS filings and VAT returns.
  • Reconciling accounts, closing books quarterly, and handling counter charge invoices.
  • Managing procurement by placing and tracking material orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring deliveries are accurately recorded.
  • Maintaining a database of key materials, sourcing non-standard items when needed, and negotiating the best pricing to support operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Bookkeeping experience, ideally with a background in accounting.
