The company is an established, family-run safety consultancy based in North Essex. We focus on maintaining and improving the level of personal service our clients have come to expect, and as a result of this, we are experiencing significant growth. Therefore, we are seeking a candidate with enthusiasm and tenacity to join our dynamic team.

The role involves being on the frontline of the business in direct communication with our clients, resolving any enquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner. There is currently a lot of room for progression for the right individual.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with new and existing clients and contractors both over the phone and by email, providing support, arranging appointments for the client services team, and promoting company services as requested.
  • Promptly dealing with all enquiries, ensuring accurate and professional responses.
  • Entering precise information into the Company Database to keep all information up to date.
  • Working with the client services team to develop and implement marketing/promotional activities to maintain and enhance the profile of the company and ensure company targets are achieved.
  • Focusing on all company services for new and emerging market opportunities and developing strategies to promote all services to ensure future growth.
  • Supporting office administrators as required and ensuring full awareness of all administration tasks and responsibilities at all times.
  • Providing a high level of customer care and support that promotes and reflects the image of the business.
  • Providing educational tutorials and support on the platform’s capabilities and functionality to users.
  • Developing knowledge of industry and clients’ use cases to understand the background of support questions.
  • Meeting and exceeding any targets/deadlines set by the Client Services Manager.
  • Undertaking any other duties within capability as directed by the Client Services Manager.

Key Skills required for this role:

  • Relevant experience in customer service delivery or strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Team player, able to work on own initiative.
  • Using service/industry knowledge to identify opportunities to add value and drive process efficiencies.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Working hours are 9AM-5PM (including paid lunch hour), Monday to Friday.
