The company is an established, family-run safety consultancy based in North Essex. We focus on maintaining and improving the level of personal service our clients have come to expect, and as a result of this, we are experiencing significant growth. Therefore, we are seeking a candidate with a good level of enthusiasm and tenacity to join our dynamic team.

The role involves looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and reliable in-house Administrator to join our team. Administrative duties include processing reports and producing accurate drawings using the appropriate software (training provided). Attention to detail and accuracy is vital.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide a high level of customer care and support to clients, promoting and reflecting the image of the business.
  • Processing incoming payments from clients.
  • Processing and typing Survey Reports (training provided).
  • Previewing and sending client reports and invoices.
  • Sending and receiving emails, answering the telephone, and directing calls to the relevant department.
  • Dealing with telephone queries.
  • Maintaining information on the Company Electronic Database, processing and sending Purchase Orders, credit control letters, and suppliers' remittances.
  • Scanning documents and filing.
  • Meeting and exceeding any targets/deadlines that may be set.
  • Posting reports and invoices.
  • First point of contact for internal and external clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. 9AM-5PM working hours (including paid lunch hour), Monday - Friday.
