We are looking for an organised and proactive Operational Administration Support professional to join our Operations and Building Safety team. This role is essential in coordinating, collecting, and reviewing client documentation for Health, Safety, and Fire Risk consultancy services. You will work closely with clients, the Operations Manager, and the Building Safety Team to ensure all required information is accurate, complete and compliant.
What you'll be doing:
- Liaise with clients via phone and e‑mail to request and coordinate documentation
- Proactively chase compliance information and missing documents
- Review, organise and manage building safety documentation
- Provide guidance to clients on documentation requirements
- Support the Operations and Building Safety Teams with administrative tasks
- Schedule surveys and client meetings
- Assist with data entry, record keeping and database management
- Help identify gaps in documentation and follow up with clients
- Coordinate with external service providers
- Assist with the preparation of Building Safety Case Reports
- Maintain accurate client records
- Support ISO 9001 and internal quality processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications & Attributes:
