As an Operations Planner, you will play a vital role in coordinating site visits and operational activities. You’ll work closely with Field Operations and Client Services teams, focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness.
What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and schedule site visits in collaboration with Operations and Client Services
- Prioritise and allocate urgent jobs to meet deadlines
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
- Manage diaries, workloads, and travel for Advisors and Surveyors
- Maintain clear communication across the operations team
- Deliver projects and tasks to a high standard and on time
- Meet performance targets and deadlines
- Provide flexible support across the team as needed
About you:
- Experience managing a nationwide fleet of vehicles and field based operatives
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- An analytical mindset
- Experience in Health & safety industry (desirable)
