As an Operations Planner, you will play a vital role in coordinating site visits and operational activities. You’ll work closely with Field Operations and Client Services teams, focusing on efficiency, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan and schedule site visits in collaboration with Operations and Client Services
  • Prioritise and allocate urgent jobs to meet deadlines
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
  • Manage diaries, workloads, and travel for Advisors and Surveyors
  • Maintain clear communication across the operations team
  • Deliver projects and tasks to a high standard and on time
  • Meet performance targets and deadlines
  • Provide flexible support across the team as needed

About you:

  • Experience managing a nationwide fleet of vehicles and field based operatives
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • An analytical mindset
  • Experience in Health & safety industry (desirable)
