We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, helping to resolve enquiries and supporting the delivery of outstanding service. This is a key position within our business, offering excellent opportunities for career progression as the company continues to expand.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare and process client quotations and instructions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate confidently with new and existing clients via telephone and email, promoting our services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Accurately input and maintain client data within our electronic database, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand presence and support business growth targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the values and standards of our organisation.
About you:
