Building Safety Consultant

Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 + £4,000 London weighting (principal residents within London boroughs) if applicable As a Building Safety Specialist, you will work with our team of professional consultants, undertaking a critical and client-facing role, ensuring the safety and compliance of our client's high-rise residential buildings, located across the UK, via professional support and advice. This position naturally involves some UK-wide travel, conducting gap analysis and risk assessments, and supporting clients with the preparation and ongoing maintenance of their safety case reports in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022. What you’ll be doing: Conducting in-depth building analysis, compiling detailed reports on findings and recommendations. Reviewing and assessing client documentation relating to their Safety Management Systems. Preparing gap analysis reports and developing health and safety and fire safety management systems.
