This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating high quality content and running multi-channel activity at pace. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute the strategy, manage the marketing calendar, own HubSpot execution and coordinate our agency partners. The ideal candidate is confident, creative and comfortable working in technical B2B environments. You will be responsible for shaping how we communicate and helping us tell our story in a way that is educational, entertaining and meaningful. This is a content led role with the potential to evolve into a more product focused position over time as we grow and build the team.

Responsibilities

  • Content creation - Create compelling content that translates technical concepts into clear, narrative led stories that focus on known customer pain points. This includes blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales collateral, website copy, social posts and webinar content.
  • Marketing calendar and campaigns - Own the marketing calendar and execute multi-channel campaigns. Work with the Commercial Director to turn strategy into clear, deliverable activity across the year.
  • CRM and marketing automation - Manage HubSpot day to day. Build workflows, landing pages, email sequences, lists and reports. Ensure activity is tracked, nurtures are maintained and contacts are scored correctly.
  • Website management - Update and maintain the website through WordPress. Work with our design and SEO agencies to support technical improvements and publish new content.
  • Social media - Plan and deliver social content with a focus on LinkedIn. Help bring new ideas for how we can increase reach, engagement and brand personality.
  • SEO coordination - Work with our SEO agency to implement recommendations, optimise content and ensure on page best practice. Maintain a good understanding of search intent and how it influences content creation.
  • Reporting and analytics - Monitor performance across channels and produce regular reports. Use HubSpot, LinkedIn and Google Analytics to provide insight and support continuous improvement.
  • Events and webinars - Support event logistics, manage promotional activity, attend selected events and produce collateral. Assist with webinar setup and follow up.
  • Partner support - Provide marketing support for partners where required, including content, campaigns and coordination.
  • Agency management - Lead day to day relationships with creative, SEO and PR agencies. Ensure briefs are clear, deadlines are met and quality is consistent. Work with the Commercial Director for signoff.
  • Industry alignment - Work with the Commercial Director to tailor content to specific industries. Use internal data and customer insight to adapt messaging as we grow into new verticals.
