Working closely with product, technical, and sales teams, you will turn complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling content that fuels demand generation and supports scalable marketing operations.
Responsibilities
- Content strategy and creation
- Own the creation of core marketing content including blogs, landing pages, email copy, LinkedIn posts, webinar abstracts, and campaign messaging
- Translate technical and product-led input into clear, benefit-led content tailored to different audiences and stages of the buying journey
- Build and manage a structured content calendar aligned to campaigns, events, webinars, and product priorities
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats to maximise reach and value
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, webinars, and email marketing
- Plan and deliver a consistent webinar programme to support lead generation and nurture (targeting up to four webinars per quarter)
- Support gated content initiatives such as whitepapers, case studies, and reports to drive contact generation
- Work closely with sales to ensure campaigns support discovery calls and pipeline progression
- Use HubSpot to build and optimise nurture flows, email campaigns, and lead scoring
- Work with Salesforce to ensure clean handover, visibility, and reporting on marketing-sourced leads
- Monitor content and campaign performance, using insight to refine messaging, formats, and targeting
- Collaborate with the appointed SEO agency by supplying content and messaging, without owning SEO strategy or execution
Skills & Experience
- 2 to 3 years’ B2B demand generation or content-led marketing experience, ideally within cybersecurity or a highly technical environment
- Strong content creation skills with the ability to turn complex topics into engaging, accessible marketing assets
- Proven experience delivering campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and webinars
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot; Salesforce familiarity is an advantage
- Confident writing for different audiences, from technical practitioners to senior decision-makers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise content and campaigns based on performance data
- Self-starter with a structured, delivery-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to try new ideas and push creative boundaries
- A bold mindset. We are not afraid to go against the grain and we need someone who is willing to be a bit ‘necky’ when it matters
