A vacancy exists for an Information Governance Officer to work within the Corporate Information Governance Team. The post will play a key role within the team to ensure the Council’s compliance with the required standards for information governance, including relevant legislation and policy.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge and previous experience of work relating to Freedom of Information and Data Protection are essential.
- Experience in the redaction of complex subject access requests.
- Competence in all aspects of communications.
- Good data analytical skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
