Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Pay: £50,000 - £58,000 per annum

Duties
- Responsible for the delivery of building, fabric and civil related maintenance service in line with contractual obligations, industry best practice and relevant standards and guidance (HTM).
- The role is to ensure planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown maintenance and other contract management related activities on the estate are completed and records maintained.
- Manage site performance via use of CAFM systems and other digital based management tools.
- Achieve and manage/maintain RP, DRP and other related AP and CP appointments in disciplines as requested by estates management team to support the contract where required and appropriate.
- To be fully conversant with and to work to the current regulations, codes of practice, Health & Safety regulations (CDM), HTMs, and all safety rules.
- Manage water related contracts and associated contractors across site. Ensuring all paperwork is delivered on time and works are completed in line with Equans KPI’s and contract SLA’s.
- To manage contractors relevant to the discipline ensuring PPMs are booked in and completed within SLA, and any corrective/breakdown work completed within SLA. PPMs are to be completed start of month and reactive works from the PPM completed in month.
- Carry out work required by the estates leadership team.
- Ensure teams records are maintained, up to date, and available for audits/inspections on a regular basis in line with contractual obligations.
Person Specification
- Knowledge and understanding of CDM, relevant FM legislation and guidance.
- Experience of managing multi discipline teams of varying ability to deliver maintenance.
- Previous management experience of a critical maintenance delivery team.
- Experience and knowledge of complex building services and environments.
- Experience of delivering tender reviews, contract management and audit support.
- City and Guilds or relevant qualifications in/or mechanical engineering.
