The predicted salary is between 34400 - 40000 £ per year.
Carry out refuse and recycling collections daily, with skills and knowledge of all machinery aspects of the job.
Undertake all duties in a professional manner deploying safe lifting and handling techniques appropriate to articles left for removal.
Use in-cab technology and mobile devices as directed.
Complete relevant paperwork in real time.
Carry out daily inspections and reporting for machinery and vehicles, before and after use.
Ensure the cleanliness of machinery and vehicles.
Maintain excellent customer and client relations, particularly with members of the public and other motor users.
Working Hours: 6.30am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence (with no more than 6 points).
- Driver CPC.
- Willingness to help refuse loaders while on your rounds to enable your team to complete the route within the service level agreement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Willingness to undertake tasks.
- Clean drivers licence desirable for all staff.
