4Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the client’s HR team and provide high-quality HR support across the Council and schools.

Role involves advising on complex casework, TUPE, and workforce change, with a mix of office and home working.

You will support hearings, tribunal casework, policy development, and training, while liaising with trade unions and internal stakeholders.

Previous public sector HR experience is highly desirable.
