An exciting opportunity for an experienced transformation leader to drive financial recovery and improvement across Adult Social Care commissioning. You will lead a focused programme to recover outstanding debt linked to commissioned services delivered with health partners, while strengthening the systems, processes and operational approach that underpin financial management and performance. This is not a traditional finance role. We are looking for someone with a strong commissioning and transformation background who can work across organisational boundaries, build effective relationships with health partners and operational teams, and deliver sustainable system-wide change.
