The predicted salary is between 22 - 27 £ per hour.

Location: Southampton (SO16)

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.15pm (37hrs per week)

Pay: £22.70ph paid weekly via umbrella – no CIS/LTD

Duration: Ongoing contract – Long term

Duties:

  • We are looking for x2 confident and self-motivated individuals who have the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of Decorator / Painter within the Clients Responsive Repairs team.
  • Experience of property maintenance would be an advantage; it is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry.
  • You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
  • You will be provided with a van, uniform and PPE.
