Duties:
- We are looking for x2 confident and self-motivated individuals who have the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of Decorator / Painter within the Clients Responsive Repairs team.
- Experience of property maintenance would be an advantage; it is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry.
- You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
- You will be provided with a van, uniform and PPE.
