The predicted salary is between 17.1 - 20.9 £ per hour.

6 month initial contract with the view for extension at £18.64 per hour PAYE (approx. £36,350.00 per annum).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 and Housing Act 1996 Parts VI and VII, together with knowledge of the Renters’ Rights Act, relevant codes of guidance, case law and legislative/service standards.
  • Experience of assessing and responding to housing and homelessness approaches.
  • Ability to accurately complete forms and maintain personal and statistical information, with a thorough understanding of accuracy, confidentiality and data handling.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • A clear understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and interviewing skills.
