Hours: Continental Shift – Days & Nights

Pay: £55,000 + OT

Essential Technical Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical engineering role within a commercial building, critical environment, data centre, or high end corporate site
  • Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background (multi skilled preferred)
  • Confident carrying out PPM and reactive tasks on critical systems under time pressure
  • Experience working on shift in 24/7 environments
  • Competent with the following systems:
  • HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems)
  • Electrical distribution, lighting, and power
  • Pumps, motors, BMS controls, basic fault finding
  • Plumbing and general M&E plant
  • Ability to manage and prioritise alarms, callouts, and critical incidents
  • Comfortable coordinating with contractors and maintaining safe working procedures
  • Certifications Required

    • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    • 18th Edition (for electrically biased engineers)
    • City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent trade certification
