Essential Technical Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical engineering role within a commercial building, critical environment, data centre, or high end corporate site
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background (multi skilled preferred)
- Confident carrying out PPM and reactive tasks on critical systems under time pressure
- Experience working on shift in 24/7 environments
- Competent with the following systems:
- HVAC (AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems)
- Electrical distribution, lighting, and power
- Pumps, motors, BMS controls, basic fault finding
- Plumbing and general M&E plant
Certifications Required
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 18th Edition (for electrically biased engineers)
- City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent trade certification
