Children’s Homes in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford and Northwich

Pay: £30,060 per annum

Permanent position on a rota basis including days, evenings, nights and sleep-ins.

Our client is seeking to appoint full-time Residential Children’s Care Workers to work in our Children’s Homes in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford and Northwich. The Residential service aims to ensure that the needs of its most vulnerable children are met and that their life chances are maximised to enable them to achieve their full potential and positive outcomes.

As a Residential Children’s Care Worker, you will join an organisation focused on achieving the best outcomes for the children and families we work with. The team strives to have purposeful relationships where all interventions can truly bring about change and make a real difference to the lives of children and young people. Requirements:

  • You will hold your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • You should have experience supporting vulnerable children and young people and possess a supervisory skillset; however, we will train and support you in this role and develop your skillset further with our range of available training courses and resources.
  • You need to be a strong team player with great communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively.
