Public Health and Wellbeing Business Support Officer Part-time, 4 months FTC.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Dealing with and responding to a variety of contacts including emails, telephone calls and face-to-face contacts from partners and members of the public.
  • Accurate and timely minute taking for partnership meetings as directed by the Neighbourhood and Partnerships Manager.
  • Completing, updating and maintaining data records within Reading Services Guide, working with partners to support the maintenance and creation of data records.
  • Supporting the Neighbourhood and Partnerships Manager with collating and distributing information through mailing lists and managing those mailing lists, and a number of public mailboxes.

Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices.
