Project Supervisor β Recycling & Community Engagement
Support the planning and delivery of recycling and contamination reduction projects across North London.
Coordinate a team of Recycling Advisors, manage schedules, monitor project progress, analyse data, and prepare reports.
Work closely with internal teams, contractors, residents, and community groups to deliver successful engagement campaigns and improve recycling services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recycling projects and team schedules.
Supervise and support Recycling Advisors.
Collect, analyse and report project data.
Engage with residents, stakeholders and partner organisations.
Support communications, service improvements and pilot projects.
Ensure project milestones and objectives are achieved.
Requirements
Experience in project coordination, team supervision or community engagement.
Strong organisational, communication and reporting skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience working with stakeholders and analysing data.
Knowledge of recycling, waste management or sustainability is desirable.
Working Pattern
Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00amβ6:00pm (flexibility required). Based in Tottenham Hale with travel across North London. Initial six month contract with possible extension
