We are currently looking for a NEC4 Site Supervisor. You will be working in Oldham.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm
Contract: Temp Contract - Ongoing
Pay rate: £50ph umbrella
Job Purpose: To provide professional NEC4 site supervision services for highways and infrastructure schemes delivered. The postholder will lead on-site supervision, contract administration support, programme monitoring, stakeholder coordination and customer-focused delivery across a range of funded schemes, ensuring compliance with NEC3/NEC4 contracts, governance requirements, and policies.
Main Duties:
- Lead on the application, management and delivery of NEC3/NEC4 site supervision, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, and standards.
- Take responsibility for site supervision activities throughout the full lifecycle of each funding stream and scheme, including record keeping, programme management, and day-to-day project management during delivery.
- Supervise, manage and coordinate the input and output of external contributors (including consultants, contractors and specialist advisors) integral to the successful delivery of the works.
- Coordinate and supervise, where required, third parties and key stakeholders involved in the development and delivery of schemes, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
- Contribute to the preparation, review and ongoing monitoring of construction programmes, ensuring delivery aligns with the approved capital programme, funding objectives, and bid requirements.
