We are looking for a dedicated Neighbourhood Response Officer to help ensure our neighbourhoods are places where people want to live. You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, clean, and well-maintained environments by working directly with residents, local groups, and partner agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out regular estate inspections and following up on fire safety
- Investigating tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour
- Supporting vulnerable residents and assessing sustainment needs
- Collaborating with local partners on safety and community improvements
- Representing in court proceedings and assisting with evictions
- Supporting decants, property checks, and tenancy sign-ups
Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong customer service experience, especially face-to-face
- Confidence working independently and with external partners
- The ability to assess situations and exercise good judgement
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with resilience under pressure
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to respond to incidents at short notice and occasionally work evenings or weekends
