The predicted salary is between 49920 - 54144 £ per year.

Location: 3 days in Sutton & 2 days in Chelsea

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm

Pay: GBP24.00–GBP26.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duration: Ongoing Contract

Duties: Work will be mainly PPM delivery with some M&E works.

Person Specification:

  • Clean driving licence required.
  • Apprenticeship in Air/Conditioning maintenance.
  • Formal recognised City and Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 air conditioning & refrigeration.
  • PASMA & IPAF would be desirable.
  • IET 18th edition would be desirable.
